Itinerary
Day 1 — Casablanca → Rabat → Chefchaouen
Pick-up from your Casablanca accommodation. Visit Hassan II Mosque and the Habous Quarter before driving to Rabat, exploring Hassan Tower and Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue north through scenic Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen. Overnight in a local riad.
Day 2 — Chefchaouen Exploration & Departure to Fes
Spend the morning exploring Chefchaouen’s blue streets, local markets, and Kasbah Museum. Depart for Fes, passing small villages and scenic countryside. Overnight in Fes.
Day 3 — Fes Guided Tour
Full-day guided tour of Fes el Bali, including Bou Inania Madrasa, tanneries, and artisan workshops. Learn about Fes’ history and culture. Overnight in a traditional riad.
Day 4 — Fes → Merzouga Desert
Travel south via Ifrane, Azrou Cedar Forest, and Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga. Enjoy a sunset camel trek across the Sahara dunes and dinner in a desert camp with Berber music. Overnight under the stars.
Day 5 — Merzouga → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley
Wake up early for a sunrise camel ride, then drive through Todra Gorges and Dades Valley, stopping at scenic viewpoints and Berber villages. Overnight in Dades.
Day 6 — Dades → Ouarzazate → Marrakech
Travel along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to Ouarzazate, visiting Taourirt Kasbah and Aït Ben Haddou. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech. Overnight stay in Marrakech.
Day 7 — Marrakech → Essaouira
Morning drive to the coastal town of Essaouira. Explore the medina, ramparts, beach, and vibrant fish markets. Enjoy fresh seafood for lunch and stroll along the scenic port. Return to Marrakech in the evening. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 8 — Marrakech Guided Tour & Departure
Explore Marrakech’s highlights: Jemaa el-Fna Square, Majorelle Garden, Bahia Palace, and Koutoubia Mosque. Free time for shopping or leisure before drop-off at Casablanca or Marrakech Airport, concluding your 8-day Moroccan adventure.
